enjoy the fruits of my labour

After much work, I’ve made my Experimental NPDS Tracker live. This is for people running NPDS servers who wish to let people know where their Newton are on the ‘net. It has basicially the same features as Matt Vaughn’s Tracker, but mine’s written in Java, and isn’t quite finished yet 🙂

If you want to register your NPDS server here (and help me out by testing things), simply point your NPDS Tracker Client to eddie.cis.uoguelph.ca port 2110. To see the list either point your web browser to http://eddie.cis.uoguelph.ca:2110 (yes, it will server a web page as well) or http://www.chuma.org/tracker.
